Founded in 2021 by Ruth Kudzai, Exec Branch began as a single event in the UK and has grown into a seven-edition, multi-country movement. We don't just bring women into rooms — we build the rooms they deserve to be in.

Over a decade at the heart of UK corporate leadership — leading complex projects, building high-performing teams, working at a scale most people never get close to. And spending years as one of very few Black women in the rooms where real decisions were made.
That experience didn't just build her career. It showed her the gap.
